Daliya (Broken Wheat)
Onion
Tomato
Peas
Cauliflower
Green Beans
salt, pepper and turmeric
chopp all the above mentioned Veggies
now take a cooker
add half spoon oil
add zeera and chopped veggies
mix it well and leave it on low flames for - mins
then add salt, pepper and turmeric according to taste
then add water ( times the amount of daliya)
wait for - whistles
Add desi ghee on top for taste (optional)
