Besan 30g

Suji 20g

Curd 30g

Onion 35g

Veggies 100g(carrot,capsicum,cabbage)

Ghee 5g

Salt

Jeera

Green chilli chopped

Amchoor

Method

Step 1

Finely chop veggies and onion

Step 2

Mix suji,besan,curd,salt,amchur,jeera,green chilli and some water & Make batter

Step 3

Let it rest for min

Step 4

Add chopped veggies and mix well.Add pinch of baking powder and mix well

Step 5

Pour in waffle iron and cook for min or till golden brown

Step 6

U can add butter on hot waffle or grease the iron

Step 7
