Samphire:50gms
Mushroom :100gms
Salt as per taste
Crushed pepper corns : as per taste
Pepprika powder : as per taste
Chaat masala : as per taste
Carrot: 50gms
Oil:1-2gms(i have used less than 2gms)
STEPS: . Take a bowl add samphire . Drizzle salt,crushed pepper corns and few drops of oil and mix well so that oil get coated well on samphire . Place that in airfryer for mins and degrees . Now chop mushrooms and add salt, crushed pepper corns, pepprika powder, chaat masala and - drops of oil and mix well so that mushroom is coated well with masala . By then samphire will be ready . Take out samphire and place mushroom in airfryer for mins at degrees . After mins mushroom will be ready . Serve both samphire and mushroom in a plate with some carrots and enjoy your veggie plate snack Note: Use as many veggies as you want depending on your macros and needs
