Soya chunks

Onion

Tomato

Garam masala

Oil as per choice

Salt

Method

Step 1

Add half tea spoon oil in cooker

Step 2

Add all chopped vegetables

Step 3

Add soya chunks

Step 4

Add brown rice

Step 5

Add garam masala powder and salt as per taste

Step 6

Mix it all well in cooker

Step 7

Add water twice the quantity of rice

Step 8

Whistle - times and done
