rajma 15g

kale chane 15g

matar

carrot

cabbage

cucumber

tomato

spinach

paneer 50g

soya chunks 15g

raisin 15g

almonds crushed 10

broccoli optional

Anaar dana

Method

Step 1

cut and mix all the veggies in a bowl except soya chunks

Step 2

add some water to soya chunks in a steel container and cook for - minutes

Step 3

squeeze the soya chunks so that no water residue remains in it

Step 4

mix these all ingredient in the bowl

Step 5

add salt and pepper as per taste
