onion 1 big or 150 g

capsicum 1 big or 60g

oats 2 tbsp

cabbage 1 cup or 70 g

oil 1tsp

tomato 1big or 70 g

chilli and garlic chopped 1 tsp

salt according to ur taste

water 1 cup

Method

Step 1

heat pan add oil

Step 2

add chilli and garlic after min add onoin mix tem - min

Step 3

add capsicum and mix it min

Step 4

now add cabbage mix all of them

Step 5

now add soya chunks ,oats and tomato

Step 6

now add cup water and salt

Step 7

Cook them for min
