iceberg lettuce - 200gms
red bell pepoer - 50gms
mushrooms - 50gms
oil - 2tsp
ginger - 4gms
garlic - 4gms
soya sauce - 15 ml
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
stevia - 1gm
salt and pepper to taste
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Slice mushrooms. Slice bel pepper.
Finely chop ginger and garlic. In a bowl mix soya sauce, red chilli powder, stevia
Add oil to the pan. When hot add ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds and add mushrooms and red bell pepper. Saute for about minutes.
Add lettuce. Keep turning the lettuce every seconds. Lettuce leaves a lot of water so it is important that flame is on high all the time. Add soya sauce mixture.
Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
