1. Sooji - 30g 2. Curd - 20g 3. Onions, Tomatoes, Carrot, Green Chilly, salt, black pepper 4. Butter - 5g
Mix the sooji with curd and add the veggies in this mixture. Add salt, black pepper and water as per your choice . Keep this aside for a few hours (I keep it overnight to get tangy flavor) . Take g butter on a non stick pan and spread this mixture. Keep the flame medium and cover the lid. . Cook well on one side and then flip it and again cook it slightly for another mins Enjoy your quick snack.
