Rawa/suji:40gms

Greek yogurt /curd: 2tsp

Baking soda/Eno: 1/2 spoon

Vegetables of your choice : 20gms

Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

STEPS: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl without any lumps and get till thick paste (till you get idli batter consistency)

Step 2

Keep it aside for mins

Step 3

After ten mins grease idli set with oil using brush

Step 4

Pour idli batter to idli set

Step 5
