tomato puree 1 cup
red sauce: in a frying pan add a drop of oil then add garlic paste and onion and cook for min then add Tomato puree and oregano, chilli powder, chilli flakes, sugar(a pinch) n salt to taste and mix and cook for -min then add water and simmer for min n mix occasionally
white sauce: in a frying pan add ml butter n then add all purpose flour and mix then after min add milk with continuous mixing so that no lumps formed then add oregano n salt and cook for - min
in frying pan add a few drops of oil n then add all roughly chopped vegetables n then saute them for - min add a pinch of salt n oregano
in a baking dish st make a layer of red sauce then a layer of white sauce over which add a layer of flattened bread slices over it add a layer of veggies and then add a layer of cheese then a layer of white n red sauce over which add remaining veggies and cheese and bake for -min till the top layer of cheese melts
