Cabbage 100gm, Cauliflower 100gm, French bean 50gm, Lettuce 25gms, Onion 50gm, Tomato 50gm, Carrot 50gm, Beet 50gm Green chilli, salt to test, black paper, any other test enhancer as per individual choice
Add up all ingredients in a bowl and steam it for - mins on medium flame. or you can also use pressure cooker . Add all contents to mixer grinder and make a smooth paste. Add water to make a smoothie. . Add salt, black paper and taste enhancers . Bring to bit of boil. . With above quantity and not too thick smoothie, you will get about glasses (ml)
