Step 1

Spray the pan with oil Cook the egg and egg whites with salt and pepper . Add pepper jack cheese after it is well cooked. Toast the bread and halve it. Add egg, tomatoes and capsicum and top it with seasoning. Enjoy the scrumptious breakfast !
