Raw quinoa (40 g)
Roasted peanuts(10g)
Veggies(150g)- carrot,onion,capsicum,tomato,broccoli, coriander
Ghee (10g)
Boil raw quinoa in a pan and drain. . Put g ghee in ye pan, add washed and chopped veggies in the pan and sauté. . Add boiled quinoa in it. . Add salt to taste. . Garnish with coriander and serve hot with chutney. Your healthy and delicious dish is ready.
