Add sliced onions and Capsicum to hot ghee. Saute for a min.
Add paneer cubes and saute for min until slightly brown.
Add salt and black pepper powder.
Apply ghee and toast breads.
Place the paneer veg mix and lettuce between the breads; and serve.
