Wheat flour 40 grams Soya 40 grams Egg Plant 100 grams Oil 10 grams Onion 100 grams Tomato 100 grams Green chillies 2 garlic cloves 2 Green onions leaves Coriander

Method

Step 1

Simple Dinner Recipe Mix soya flour and wheat flour , prepare a dough and roll it to make chapati . Grill egg plant on medium flame, bake properly. Put oil in pan add onion,garlic , tomatoes and finally add mashed egg plant in it.Let it cook for some time and dinner is ready.
