Simple lunch I made paneer soya paratha with above mentioned quality. I have prepared whole(according to my macro) lobia in one go.(. bowl as shown in pic) Paratha .Grate paneer,add soya flour,wheat flour add choice of spices and make a dough.Roll and make chapati. Lobia curry .Saute onion in oil ,add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste ,finally add lobia. .Take whistle then mash some lobia to make a thick gravy ,boil for another mins. Beetroot raita .Geate beetroot add curd and put tadka of cumin and kadipatta on it.
