75gm carrot

50gm cauliflower

5 gm ghee

2 bread slice breadcrumbs

Method

Step 1

Chop carrot and cauliflower in a chopper very finely.

Step 2

Dry roast breads on tawa and make bread crumbs

Step 3

Mix all the Ingredients and add spices of your choice.

Step 4

Make tikkis out of the mixture

Step 5

Sprinkle some oil on tawa and shallow fry the tikkis.

Step 6

Serve them with green chutney.
