Toasted Bread slice :2 ( have used brown bread)
Butter :2gms
Green chutney : ( made of corriander leaves, mint leaves , ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste green chilli)
Onions : round slices :45gms
Jalapeños : 5-6 pieces : 3gms
Cucumber slices : 5-6
Boiled Potato and sliced : 17gms( i have used the tiniest one)
Salt , chilli flakes, oregano : as per taste
Bell pepper : 10gms
Corriander leaves finely chopped : few drizzles
Pepper crushed : as per taste
Grated cheese :25gms
Green chillies finely chopped : 1 small
STEPS: . Toast a bread . Spread on a plate (both slices) . Grease butter on both slices . Grease chutney on both the slices . Now on one of the slices . Line up boiled potato slices . Arrange jalapeños . Arrange bell peppers . Arrange onions , cucumbers as desired . Drizzle some green chillies chopped . Drizzle chilli flakes , oregano, crushed peppers drizzle corriander leaves . Now grate the cheese on top . Close on top with the another slice . Slice diagonally and insert a toothpick at the mid of sandwich so that its easy to hold ,and enjoy your veg cheese sandwich
