ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
Ghee 5 gms
Mustard seeds, Curry leaves, Hing, Turmeric, Lemon juice, salt
Chopped carrot
Add ghee in pan
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing and ginger chilli paste. Saute it for mins
Add green pea, carrot, salt and cook till vegetables becomes soft
Mix lemon juice and roasted peanut and mix for minutes
Lastly add nicely roasted rawa and mix it for a minute. And here is your premix
Just add boiling water to it and keep aside for minutes and you are good to go.
