butter-10gm
Hung curd- 150gm
salt as per taste
garlic clove -2
parsley - fresh 2 pinch
paprika 1/2tsp
Red chilli flakes -1/2tsp
cumin powder -1/8tsp
diced jalapenos optinal
poach eggs with some vinegar and water keep aside.
next use hung curd- if no Greek yoghurt available , grate garlic add salt, parsely little red pepper mix and spread on a plate should look creamy
heat butter once it bubbles add cumin, paprika, salt chill flakes till u get a nice colour
next add poached eggs on top of the curd pour the butter on top and sprinkle diced jalapenos and spring onions.
