Ingredients

Turai - 89 gms

Dahi - 150 gms

Onions - 40 gms

Curry leaves - 3

Masalas- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp, Turmeric- 1/4 tsp, Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp, red chilly powder- 1/4 tsp

Olive Oil - 3 ml

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan and crackle the cumin seeds. Add curry leaves.

Step 2

Add cut onions and sauté well.

Step 3

Add cut Turai and sauté. Then add salt, turmeric, red chilly and coriander powder and mix well.

Step 4

Once Turai is cooked well then add Dahi and switch off the flame. Mix the Dahi well with Turai and it’s ready!
