Ingredients

Paneer-75gms

bread -48gms

cheese slice -1

ghee-2gms

mayo-5gms

onion-2tbsp

capsicum and carrot -2 tbsp each

salt, pepper, jeera, chaat masala

garlic,ginger,green chilli, jeera, salt, coriander and mint to make green chutney

Method

Step 1

Mash the paneer with hands and add chopped veggies and spices mentioned above

Step 2

place green chutney and mayo on all slices and spread the mashed paneer

Step 3

then cut the cheese slices into and place on top and bottom layer...close it with rd layer of bread

Step 4

Toast It on a tawa with ghee on both sides

Step 5

Enjoy with spicy green chutney
