Marinate chicken with salt pepper lemon juice thyme and oregano for min. Boil sweet corn for mins and strain.
In a pan, put olive oil, add the chicken and saute in low flame and covered. Add spinach and boiled corn.
mix all well, adjust salt and pepper. Once water has dried up and cooked, add the grated cheese and mix well.
Serve hot.
