100 gm chopped mushrooms
2 gm peanut
5gm onion
Butter 3gm
3gm green peas
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt & pepper.
In a nonstick pan, add the whisked eggs, onions, mushrooms, peas and mix well. Add salt & pepper.
You add peanuts at the end. Add chopped coriander leaves if required. Toss this well and consume with bread toast/baked rotis.
