20gms paneer 40gms rava/suji/samolina 5gms ghee/oil/butter A pinch of udad dal Half tomato finely chopped.. If u can't resist onion like me add one tablespoon chopped onion as well
Heat a small kadhai or non stick pan Add ghee, and pinch of udad dal. once hot add mustard n cumin seeds After its popped add onion n tomatoes. Once its mushy add black paper n chilli flakes (otherwise u can simply add green chillis or red chilli powder) n salt Pour a cup of water and bring it boil Then slowly add and mix rava and paneer at the same time. Once all mixed cover and let it soak all water in and cook After mins sever hot
