Rice 60gms

tomatoes 200 gms

oil 4gms

coriander, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chilli paste, salt,curry leaves

Method

Step 1

Cook rice with : water. let it cool. in a pan add gms oil and add cumin seeds, fresh curry leaves, finely chopped tomatoes. After tomatoes become soft, add coriander, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric n salt. cook well. now add cooked rice n mix well. You are ready with tomato fried rice
