Tomatoes Eggs Onions Salt Chilli powder Oil

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan and add oil Add Jeera, Mustard seed and let it splutter Add half onion and let it fry for minutes Add half a teaspoon ginger garlic powder Add chopped tomatoes And close the lid Cook in a medium flame till the tomatoes are cooked Add salt, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder Add eggs and close the lid tell the eggs get cooked Slowly flip each egg and cook on the other side
