Heat then pan and add gms of ghee to it, then add cumin seed, mustard seeds, curry leaf, finely chopped ginger and green chillies
Give them some time to fry and then add gms of scrambled tofu, then sprinkle the salt to the above tofu and spices mixture
Then again let it roast/fry for mins, finally turn off the stove and garnish the dish with cilantro
Make a plain Omelette with spices of your interest on the side and give a try to have the tofu talimpu with it
