White mushrooms: 400 gm

White onion: 25 gm

Bell pepper: 40 gm

Round of hungary peppers(Optional): 40 gm

Vegan tofu: 40 gm

Sunflower oil: 15 ml

Fresh herbs(onion, basil, dill, parsley):1 piece

Method

Step 1

Wash and clean the mushrooms - remove the stalks and put them separately. Arrange the mushrooms in an oven tray greased with a little oil.

Step 2

Clean and wash onions and peppers. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes and put them in a pan with a glass of water and oil. Put on the fire, cover with a lid and stir periodically until the vegetables soften very well.

Step 3

Cut the mushroom stalks into small pieces and add them to the well-soaked vegetables, mix and leave for another minutes on medium heat.

Step 4

Cut the tofu into small cubes and add to the vegetables.

Step 5

Cut the greens into small pieces and add them to the vegetable and tofu composition. Add salt to taste, mix well and turn off the heat.

Step 6

Fill the mushrooms with a teaspoon, put them in the oven for - minutes.

Step 7

After removing them, it is best to serve them hot.
