Rice Noodles -50g

Veggies cut in squares -100g

Oil -10g

Peanuts-10g

Tofu -150g

Chilli Sauce -10g

Garlic -3 cloves

Soya Sauce -1/2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Boil the noodles till al-dente in salty water. . Chop garlic and veggies. . In a pan, add oil and garlic and saute till it Browns. . Add the veggies and cook for few minutes. . Add the noodles,tofu pieces and the sauces. . Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with roasted peanuts.
