1 small Tomato
1 medium onion
3-4 cloves garlic
30 gm Cheese grated
5 gm oil
In a pan heat the oil and sauté onion tomato and garlic after chopping it. Now add peas and tofu. Add salt and chilli powder.
Take the bread slices and heap the tofu mixture on it. Now sprinkle grated cheese on the tofu mix.
Grill in oven or just place on a hot tawa and cover with a lid till cheese melts.
Serve hot and enjoy!!!
