100gm - Tofu

100gm - vegetable (onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot)

20gm - Rice (Raw)

3gm - Oil

Salt & Pepper - According to taste

Method

Step 1

In a nonstick pan, add oil , add finely chopped veggies,

Step 2

Saute and slightly cook the veggies,

Step 3

Add chopped tofu and roast it

Step 4

Add cooked rice, salt and pepper according to you taste.

Step 5

Serve hot.
