tofu 200gms
bread crumbs 20gms
masala as per taste
lemon juice
green chilly 1
ghee 10ml
garlic ginger paste
coriander leaves
Boil potatoes, peel & mash them
Add bread crumbs to mashed potatoes
Thaw tofu in lukewarm water
Crumble & scramble thawed tofu
add green chilly , coriander leaves , lemon juice, salt , red chilli powder ,jeera powder , cumin powder
in a pan add ghee and saute garlic ginger paste
After a couple of minutes add tofu mixture
mash the mixture & cook for sometime
Remove the mixture ,let it cool down
Mix the two attained mixtures and make cutlets. now cook the cutlets for a short time with remaining ml of oil in a non stick or air fry them if you want them slightly crunchy.
Voila your cutlets are ready to be enjoyed.!!
