Method

Step 1

Heat the oil and cook jeera, hing, onions, ginger garlic paste and Tomatoes.

Step 2

Add Tofu, vegetables and salt and sautee.

Step 3

Add cooked rice and mix everything and let it cook for - mins

Garnish and serve with Greek yogurt
