10 whole wheat rusks Black coffee (freshly brewed) – for dipping 100 g low-fat paneer 50–70 ml milk Sugar-free sweetener (as per taste) 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tsp honey 10 g grated 70% dark chocolate
Brew strong black coffee and allow it to cool. Dip each whole wheat rusk quickly in the coffee. Arrange them as the first layer. Blend together low-fat paneer, milk, vanilla essence, honey and sugar-free until silky smooth. Spread a layer of the creamy mixture. Repeat with another layer of coffee-soaked rusks. Finish with the remaining paneer cream. Top with freshly grated % dark chocolate. Refrigerate for – hours before serving. Serves:
