Ingredients

sesame seeds - 180 gms

khoa-300 gms

zero cal sugar

oil - 5gms

Cardamom powder- 3gms

Method

Step 1

Pan fry sesame seeds to brown. Grind half of them in powder form

Step 2

Heat khoa till it becomes mushy.

Step 3

Add sesame seeds to hot khoa, sugar substitute and some elachi powder.

Step 4

Use the oil to roll the mixture down as ladoos
