Step: Take a bowl, as per taste mix Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic paste with some water to make thick paste together and rub it on tilapia fish. Step : Heat a pan in medium flame, add oil and fry for one side like to minutes and another side for mins. Fish pan fry ready.
