Til seeds Jaggery Dates Cashews Almonds Flaxseeds Raisins pistachio Whey protein (optional)

Method

Step 1

Grind Til seeds in a food processor and add g jagerry to it. Also add dates to the mixture. Add whey protein (optional). . Cut all dry fruits into small pieces and mix together with the til dough. . Using palm of your hand, slowly divide the dough and shape it into small balls. . Refrigerate for hours and Enjoy.
