Spices and salt as per taste and preference
Grind soya chunks, mix it with wheat flour and make a dough, mix paneer directly in the dough along with preferred spices( I used simple tikha lal, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, hing and turmeric) add salt to taste. Then pat the dough on a hot tawa. With this quantity you can easily make two pan cakes (thalipeeth) and itβs ready to serve. PS: I also added dhaniya leaves for a pop of color
