Beetroot 20 grams , cucumber 20 grams
Capsicum all colours 30 grams and raw papaya 20 grams
Romaine lettuce or any salad green like baby spinach 20 grams
Lime juice 1
Olive oil 5 ml
Sesame seeds 5 grams
Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Cut all the veggies thin and long
Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle salt
Give it a good toss , now add roasted peanuts, olive oil and sesame seeds .
