15gms thai curry paste
100ml coconut milk
5gms oil
10gms butter
200gms steamed/boiled rice
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
3 to 4 kaffir lime leaves
some lemon grass
salt to taste
Mix the thai curry paste with the coconut milk and cook on medium heat for mins.
Add the chicken and vegetables and half a cup water.
Add some lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves.
Cover and cook for about to mins.
Boil rice, add the mixed herbs and butter. mix well.
