onion -100gms
olive oil - 10gms
Spices - cumin, fennel seeds, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder
water
Add besan, spices, chopped onion in a bowl.
add water to adjust consistency.
spread the batter using small spoon on non stick pan with little oil drizzled on pan.
Cover with lid and let it solidify from both sides. it is ready to eat.
optional - you can airfry it further to add crispness.
Serve it with dry garlic chutney/ketchup/green chutney.
