Egg 4

Cheese 25 gms

Balsamic Vinegar 1 table spoon

Olive Oil 1 tea spoon

Low carb vegetables 200 gms

Honey 1/2 tea spoon

Method

Step 1

Boil the eggs until hard. Slice the vegetables and marinate with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey. Cool the egg, cut into quarters and serve along with the vegetables. Very refreshing and can be eaten as a main meal or as a snack.
