150 grm soya chap 50 grm curd 10 butter 1 spoon garlic paste salt and pepper
take a bowl and add curd add masala like garlic paste ,salt ,pepper and as u wish like food colour, kasoori methi .i use only salt and black pepper. and now cut soya chap in cube and add in curd mixture now Cover the mixture and rest for minutes in fridge after minutes take non stick pan on gas and add grm butter on pan and put soya chap on pan and cook it until it crispy from all sides...now serve it with onion and green chatni.
