Paneer :100 gms (Use as per ur macros)
Oil: As per macros
Tandoori masala
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Yoghurt : 2tsp
STEPS: . Take paneer in bowl . Add yogurt, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, Salt, oregano, chilli flakes . Mix everything and keep it aside for -mins .Now take pan , grease oil, wait till hot .Now pin marinated paneer to wooden skewers ( you can skip skewers if you dont have) . Flip the sides occasionally, cook in low flame . Take out from skewers and serve hot Note: you can add capsicum /Bellpeppers if you have
