Chickpea Flour or Besan 40g
Multigrain Flour 40g
Paneer 50g
Green veggies 100g
Oil 10g
Onion and Tomato half each
Ajwain and Kalonji
Turmeric powder
Mix Besan, Flour, Salt to taste, ajwain, kalonji , chilli powder and turmeric powder to make a batter.
Spread the better with back of ladle on an oiled non stick pan like dosa
Cook on one side until the upper side looks half cooked
Add grated paneer, veggies, chopped onion, tomatoes and herbs of choice. I have added precooked capsicums (shimla mirch sabzi)
sprinkle little bit of chaat masala, fold the cheela and enjoy
