Bulgur/daliya: 200 gm
Olive oil: 25 ml
Salt: To taste
Water: 250 ml
Tomato: 1 or 60 gm
Cucumber: 1/2 or 15 gm
Green onion: 1/4 cup or 30 gm
Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: Handful
Mint leaves: 8-10
Lemon juice: 5 ml
Cinnamon powder: A pinch
In a cooker, add bulgur, water, salt and close the lid and cook till done. Let it cool down.
In a large bowl, add chopped tomato, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
To the veggies bowl add cooked bulgur, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix everything well.
Place this salad bowl in the refrigerator for - hours and then serve.
