Greek yoghurt:150ml
Cardamom powder : As per taste(used 3pinch)
Stevia : as per taste
Salt : as per taste
Kesar strands: optional
Whey : flavour of your choice: ( i used banana cream):1 scoop
Steps: . Blend yoghurt with little water first . Add stevia , cardamom powder and whey . Blend to smooth and till you see froth . Pour it in to a glass and drizzle some cardamom powder and kesar strands and serve
