45 gm Coconut Oil
2 Onions
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp Red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Finely chop the onions.
Heat up the oil in a wok or kadai.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook till it loses the raw smell.
Add the red chilly powder and salt.
Add the onions and cook till they are translucent.
Now add the chicken and cook on high heat for about - minutes.
Put a lid on it and on low heat let it cook for minutes . Keep checking every minutes and stir add water if the ingredients are sticking to the utensil
Optional Step: You can toss the chicken in a pan on high heat to char it if you desire.
