curd-70gm

salt for taste

2pinch of baking soda

water as required

Method

Step 1

Mix suji and dahi together for making batter

Step 2

Add little bit of water in it

Step 3

make a smooth batter of idly

Step 4

Now give rest for mints

Step 5

Now add salt and baking soda and mix it for mints

Step 6

pour the batter into the idly burner and steam it mints

Step 7

idly is ready to eat with sambar, sauce
